With just days until Miranda's wedding, she enlists April to take care of all of her patients, and then asks Meredith, Callie, and Arizona to be her bridesmaids. Meredith continues to try to push Derek for the surgery; while Alex and Jo work on a little boy who needs surgery. During surgery Alex lets Jo cut, resulting in her cutting the patients stomach, making her believe that she was set up to fail and goes to Arizona. Meredith and Derek go to their first ultrasound; Cristina finds out her and Owen's divorce is only because of the plane crash. April and Jackson decide to go the wedding with a date, resulting with them going with Shane and Stephanie, respectively. Arizona tells Alex that he needs to teach and not just throw the interns in there; after asking Stephanie to bring a friend with her Alex finds himself going with Jo. On the day of her wedding, Miranda begins having cold-feet and wonders if she should go down the aisle at all; Callie performs the surgery on Liz and Derek, and Meredith tells Liz about the pregnancy. After confronting Owen, Cristina and he find that they want to try again and share a passionate kiss; While on their way to the wedding, Richard gets a call from the ER explaining that Adele has entered with vomiting blood and he and Bailey rush to her aid, leaving Ben and everyone else thinking that she pulled a 'run-away bride'.
